Does the AI send replies itself?
Your team reviews and sends draft replies. Automatic replies are a separate option that must be enabled and is priced separately.
What does the trial include and what happens afterwards?
New organizations get a 14-day Team trial with one seat. Draft replies and summaries are included; automatic replies start off. No card is needed. Without a card, access moves to a limited tier when the trial ends. If you activate a paid subscription, the payment terms shown at checkout apply.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no lock-in and you can cancel at any time in settings.
Where is the data stored?
Data is hosted within the European Economic Area and processed in line with GDPR. Spjallbox is operated by Novamedia ehf. in Iceland.
Can you set it up for us?
Yes. Setup is free with a subscription. We connect your channels and install the chat widget on your site.
