How is the AI priced?
Draft replies, summaries and Improve reply are included with an active subscription and trial. Optional automatic replies cost ISK 39 per conversation on pay-as-you-go, or a fixed monthly pack fee. A conversation counts when an automatic reply is sent; this does not verify that the issue was resolved. Monthly packs stop new automatic conversations at their included allowance.
Can I change plans at any time?
On an active web subscription, change your plan, seats or AI pack in Billing. Access changes immediately; your next regular bill uses the updated subscription and your renewal date stays the same. Manage App Store subscriptions in the App Store.
Can you install Spjallbox for me?
Yes. Contact us to subscribe and let us handle the setup. We’ll install Spjallbox on your website at no extra cost — no coding or technical experience needed.
Do I need a credit card to start?
New organizations get a 14-day Team trial with one seat. Draft replies and summaries are included; automatic replies start off. No card is needed. Without a card, access moves to a limited tier when the trial ends. If you activate a paid subscription, the payment terms shown at checkout apply.
What does white-label and a custom domain include?
On the Business plan and above you can remove all Spjallbox branding and set your own logo, name and colors. You can also use a custom domain (e.g. inbox.yourcompany.com) pointing to your inbox. Your customers see only your brand — nothing that suggests Spjallbox.
What is Spjallbox CRM?
Spjallbox CRM is a sales system included in Business at no extra cost: a sales pipeline, deals linked to companies, contacts and conversations, quotes with setup and monthly fees that customers accept online, a follow-up worklist and sales reports (pipeline, forecast, MRR and loss reasons). An admin turns it on under Sales in the menu. See /en/crm for details.
Where is the data stored?
All data is hosted within the European Economic Area and processed in line with GDPR.
Does Kenni verification cost extra?
Yes. Kenni electronic ID is an optional add-on to the live chat — you turn it on if you want to verify customers’ national ID, name and phone number. The cost isn’t included in Spjallbox plans and follows current kenni.is pricing.

What is multi-brand and how many chat widgets do I get?
Multi-brand means you run several separate chat widgets — each with its own look, domain and knowledge base — under one Spjallbox account. Solo and Team get one chat widget, Business up to three, and Enterprise unlimited.
